"People often ask me questions about mental illnesses and addictions, and they regularly ask for tips on how to help and support someone they know and love who is experiencing a mental illness or addiction. These are important questions and I wrote this book to answer them, in easy to understand language, backed up by proven medical science, interspersed with real people's stories of their experience as Christians struggling with symptoms of mental illnesses and addictions. It provides very specific hands on strategies to empower you to help."
